This rating is for the second floor women department only! I was a bit agitated at first because I was in so much pain. After my surgery was scheduled, approved, and complete. I was so relieved. Big shout to Dr. Dowell and her team for a successful surgery. My nurses Karrie, Amber, Rochelle, and Ann were freaking awesome!!! I wish y'all had more people like them throughout the whole Northcrest hospital especially in the ER. They made sure I was comfortable for the short time I was there. They checked in with me every so often to see if there was anything I needed. They didn't show any signs of frustration while caring for me which could be a hard task. Most of all, I felt like they truly cared for my well being. Thanks ladies!!❤️

The nurses at this hospital are like immature high school girls. I fell asleep with my newborn baby in the bed once (before anyone told me it was against the hospital policy), and I was swiftly corrected. Fine. I was in the Military; I need only be reminded or reprimanded ONCE. However, for the rest of the night when the nurses came in my room and I was clearly not asleep, they accused me of being asleep with my baby in the bed. I was “reminded” and woken up over a dozen times about the hospital policy when my baby was clearly in the CRIB. One of the managers came in the next morning and forced me to sign a form promising not to co-sleep. I was accused of lying and told that I was co-sleeping more than once when I was NOT. Conveniently... Our daughters paperwork was lost and never sent to the Social Security administration. Because of them, we never received a Social Security card for our child. My husband is in the military and now we are trying to attain this out of state. They have created a nightmare for our family. Despite the superior service provided by Vanderbilt Women’s Health near this hospital, and the incredible midwives, I would never recommend THIS hospital due to its immature, incompetent, petty nursing staff.

Always kind and responsive. Went in with a fractured finger tip and nail that had to be taken off and my nurse was so sweet and professional! Not to mention I was crushing on her so hard. Love me a redheaded sweetheart!

I was here with a underage child who had been threw serious dramatic trauma and they left her in a room for 5 hours with no blanket no TV or anything after what she had been through. I would never want a child that has been what she went threw to be treated in such a way. Are we teach out children that it is okay for grown people to not only hurt children but they get punished for it.

I took my little boy to the ER tonight from a head laceration. He is four almost five. We were greeted and taken back in good time. The gentleman that took our info was wonderful with my son! Nurse Practitioner Tonya was absolutely amazing! She gave him step by step of everything she was going to do! Made him feel good and he stayed very calm! I had the best experience and I know my baby did! I’m thankful!
