If there was an option for zero stars, I would rate accordingly. This place is in no way an emergency room. Sure, they can get you in touch with the people who actually handle emergencies, but this place is nothing more than a glorified urgent care clinic, at best. Do not come here for emergencies. You will die before they finish their "process" of placing you. I'll say it a little louder for the ones in the back DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY! MAKE THE DRIVE TO TUCSON! THAT'S WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO SEND YOU ANYWAY!

I was traveling through and needed some care. They were friendly, prompt, solved one problem, alerted me to one I wasn't aware of. I left some of my paperwork and the nice cat scan person chased me down 2 blocks away to give it to me. Wonderful care!

Me and my parents know there is something wrong with me, I have gone here multiple times and they have told me that I just pulled a muscle

I took my 3 yr old son here the other day because he hurt his arm and we were afraid it was broken. The Dr told me that if he was still in pain in a few days to come back and they would do an xray then. The paperwork they gave me said abrasion and contusion, neither of which was his problem. So I left. After a few hours of my son was still crying about his arm so I took him to the benson ER where he was seen by a nurse, Dr and x Ray tech all within the first 30 minutes. Turns out, he had fractured his arm.
