I will have to give a two star only because they always take my bother in the ER who deals with epilepsy. I get it this a US government hospital. Still sad how the resources are lacking in the US government hospital. I know the nurses and doctors can only work with what they have. I had to take my husband to NAIHS one year for extreme emergency gull bladder infection. I knew he had to be admitted immediately but arriving at the ER around midnight. I kept telling them this is very serious. I think we waited for a few but had to make the decision to go else where. I drove my hubby to Farmington's ER at 90 miles an hour. So glad I made this decision because his gull bladder infection was very serious. Farmington ER did a fantastic job calling in a Surgeon to remove the gull bladder in the he middle of the night to come to the hospital. Do your research and do what's best for your love ones. Get insurance so you can get better care if you can afford it. Please let's keep posting and make others aware.

The dental dept's doctors and staff were awesome. They treated me with care and concern. Definitely recommend

Google needs to create a way to give zero stars just for places like this. We've been stuck here at the ER with a sick toddler for hours and still nothing even though there have been only 5 people here. Should have just driven 45 minutes to the hospital in Farmington. They have always taken care of my son within 30 minutes even when there are way more people that need to be seen even after midnight. That's right, driving nearly an hour to another hospital would get you seen sooner than coming to this garbage of a hospital. This place is a complete joke. Don't come here. Abandon it and maybe they'll fire the idiots who run this place. EDIT: After 4 hours of sitting in the waiting room, a nurse finally showed us in. Hoping we were finally nearly done, we were once again forced to wait. Watching nurses and doctors walk (very lazily) by us without even acknowledging our presence, my wife and I both began feeling that they would probably make us wait another 3 hours til 8 am just so they could tell us to go the the Pediatrics area so they didn't have to deal with us. We waited another hour and a half and in that time the only person to greet us was (suprise!) the janitor. After the hour and a half, we decided to leave. I get the feeling this place would let you bleed to death while waiting before they bothered to do anything with you. Don't come to the ER if you value your time and your life. ABANDON ALL HOPE, YE WHO ENTER HERE!
