I found a small bump on the back of my knee so went here to have it checked out to find out it is more than likely a harmless cyst. I spoke to a nurse (no doctor at all at any point) and had a quick ulstrasound done in the next room over. The whole process probably took no more than 20 minutes. I got my bill back a few weeks later for over $1000. Unbelievable, the average cost of an ultrasound is $200 some. I didn't even talk to a doctor at any point. I highly recommend shopping around, hospitals just like to rip people off apparently. You can find stand alone medical facilities that charge a lot less. Do yourself a favor, do a little homework and save yourself hundreds or thousands.

Hands down the worst mental health system and staff I've ever had the displeasure of associating with.

On top of having literally 0 social workers on staff, I was checked in at 12:30pm and told to wait for a case worker before I could leave. Not only were nurses and staff reluctant to tell me when I would possibly be seeing the case worker, when they finally gave me a time (11:00pm) I had been confined in their room for over 9hours. Then when the time came, the case worked still did not show up at the intended time. Promising that they always get there within 6 hours of a call. WHAT A FUCKING JOKE.

On top of having no bedside manner, the staff seem not at all interested in getting me help. Granted I understand medical emergencies should be their focus, I dont think they should parade around a fake facade of "helping" those with mental health issues. When in reality they stick them in a room and say "someone will be with you shortly" for 12hours.

You know what makes someone suicidal? Holding them in a room against their will for 12 hours with no end in sight.

However, for normal medical emergencies, I've had mostly positive experiences. This stands out as a big blemish though.

I've been waiting for 2 hours complaining of shortness of breath and rib and back pain. If ur not old don't come here. HORRIBLE. someone who came in about an HOUR after me with a hurt leg was seen before someone who can barley breath. After this I would rather be seen by swedish all the way. I NEVER been in so much pain and not one doctor cared. All old people where seen First even tho they were there for NON EMERGENCYS. I told them the pain was so bad I was going to kill myself, and I meant it. No one cared. Swedish helped me and discarched me (with broken ribs btw) in less than the time I spent sitting at northwest hospital. NEVER GOING HERE EVER.

Felt that entire experience at NW Hospital was good. Everyone I came in contact with really seemed to care for you and did their job well. No problems with facilities - yes, I would recommend it.

Brought my wife here for care due to life threatening illness. Instead security assaulted me and mocked my sick wife. Jacob A. Clark of the security department likes to mock severely ill women and put hands on their husbands when called out about it.
