All the nurses, techs, and everyone associated with my care over the last few days have been nothing short of fantastic. Everyone on the 2400 wing has been courteous, kind, and professional on all levels at all times. Everyone is proficient at their job and they are all dedicated to making sure the patient receives top notch medical care. The food services representative, Alex, was one of nicest people at theo hospital. The housekeepers, preceptors, doctors, and all the nurses were very kind and considerate in every aspect of their service. I very much appreciate the staff doing such a wonderful job.

Great emergency care. I had a cut on my arm and the emergency staff was very courteous. I was treated very well and promptly. The doctor did an excellent job on the sutures, was very friendly, and has an excellent bedside manner. The nursing staff was also very nice and did an excellent job.

I want to give a 5 star to Northwest Springdale ED. My Aunt was taken to the ED last week and her treatment from the time we arrived to the time she was admitted was by far the best experience our family has ever had. The nurses and Dr Colvert were caring and concerned. They showed such compassion when my Aunt was the sickest. Even when we were waiting for admission to the floor that morning, the ER Director Tiffany came by and asked us if we needed anything and if there was anything she could do. She brought all of us great coffee and nutrients. Without asking she brought another warm blanket for my Aunt. How amazing is that? I have never seen a Leader do rounds in all the years my family has been through this ED. I am sharing with everyone. Springdale ED takes care of their patients!! My family if very grateful.

The registration was immediate, nursing staff on the ball, IV put in first attempt (which is always an issue with my small veins, Dr. was very informative and attentive. No complaints whatsoever. I had an xray, EKG, GI cocktail and was out of there in under two hours. I would return there and recommend it.

First class. Everyone cares, listens, do all they can for your comfort. And their smiles are genuine and reaches up to their eyes! Best care I ever had from ER to cardiac care.
