The most excellent experience in a health care facility so far. Dr Perumal spent ample time with me explaining what’s going on in a calm and caring manner. Her proactive demeanor was very refreshing. The wonderful folks in the Infusion suite were stellar. From the front desk to the ‘one stick’ IV. Highly recommended!! And thank you.

I had cataract surgery at the hospital. What a wonderful experience! As a retired Registered Nurse, I know how things in the hospital should go. I was so pleased to find such caring and experienced staff. I highly recommend your hospital and staff. Thank you.

Yestrday I experienced my first mammogram at Nyack Montefiore Hospital. I arrived 15 minutes early and my info was already in the system. The nice assistants Janelle & Anna were so helpful. Irina the technician was skilled , explaining the procedure. I think I was out in under an hour. I recommend this hospital for its efficiency. Now hoping for positive results.

They are the definition of professionalism and phenomenal bedside manner. The staff are knowledgeable at making patients feel at ease during every step of a medical process. I have been there several times for preventative care procedures and they are unquestionably the best at what they do. God Bless.

I begin my review with Dr. Peter Chang. Dr. Chang is without par in that he has no equal among his peers. He is my first, last, always, and only choice for my gastroenterology needs. I have a somewhat special medical history and I am grateful to have Dr. Chang treating me. The more usual attributes of a superior doctor go without having to mention them here. What deserves special mention is Dr. Chang’s caring nature and his capacity to convey this to me. Such character traits are not reserved for favorites but for all those Dr.Chang touches. That’s what makes him so special. The other staff members who cared for me today, from the registration receptionist, to the aid who escorted me to the procedure room, to each and Every L.P.N and R.N. I have enormous praise. The confidence, skills, and since concern for my well being were all conspicuously apparent from beginning to my departure and No Doubt will be ever present as part of their skill set and demeanor.
