I was there yesterday for the first time. Every single person I talked to was very kind and helpful. I also like that it was very fast and simple. I give them a 5.
Courteous staff. Was surprised I got seen quickly. However, they did not give me anything more than some temporary pain meds and tell me if the problem persists go see another doctor. Which I will be.
They have maybe a handful of good staff but generally terrible terrible. Don’t know how to talk to patients and extremely unprofessional. A cardiac patient shouldn’t undergo stress from rude staff. Just go to a different hospital where you will get quality care!
We had to admit my mentally disabled brother as an emergency on a Saturday morning. The staff was compassionate, attentive, professional, expert and generally top-notch in my opinion. My father was an MD in Houston with Memorial Hermann and I was conditioned to understand quality medical care. That's exactly what I witnessed that day. The ER physician was genuinely concerned about my brother and also suggested we have an unrelated symptom checked as soon as possible. I also overheard him drilling an intern over the facts of my brother's case as a teaching opportunity. This hospital is smaller, but definitely a great asset to the area. I'm thankful they were there that day to treat my brother's critical diabetic ketoacidosis.
Please. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to make sure that they have your test results available prior to your appointment. I waited for over 2 hours just to be told they did not have them ready. This should have been communicated to me before I set aside time and gas to make my appointment happen. Very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk has a fake nice voice that makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. If you make your appointment at 10:30am, be prepared to wait at the very least 1 hour, before you even are called to go back. Bring food, an activity, a book, something to keep you occupied because I promise you will want to die after waiting with nothing to do. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
