I would give this place 5 star very easily. The staff is very helpful and professional. The service is fast and at time. The ER is amazing and they take care of you very carefully. There is a pediatric ER that is astonishing. Parking is available for free. Rooms are clean. There is a cafe and restaurant in the first floor. The only issue is navigation inside but there is people to help in every corner.

On January 15th I visited the Ochsner Optometry office at Slidell MOB 2. As a 48 year old patient, I have seen many different doctors of a long span of time, in many different offices (medical, dental, and vision), but "never" have I went into an office with such an AWESOME staff! When I checked in I met Rose Miller. She is just amazing! There are not enough words to explain what an amazing person she is. She was just hysterical. She interacted with me even during my wait time. It just made the entire visit great. I then met with Derrick. He was very nice and friendly as well. He was very knowledgeable. Then along came Dr. Ninh. What a great doctor. Her attitude is amazing! She is full of life, very interactive, upbeat and willing to take time to discuss any concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed having her as my provider. After my eye exam I moved out to the eye glasses area where I met Michelle. Michelle is "very knowledgeable" about the products offered and exactly what type of glasses are needed due the types of lenses needed. She is also very interactive and assisted my with finding frames, making a decision about the proper lenses, and most of all she was very tedious about making sure everything was correct about the placement of my glasses and how they would affect my vision. Another point I would like to make is that while Dr. Ninh was not with patients, she came out and assisted as well with finding the proper frames for me. Then after I narrowed the frames I liked, Dr. Ninh, Michelle, Rose, Derrick and other office staff all assisted me with my final decision on frames. I must say that all the time I have worn glasses, 31 years, I have "NEVER" had such an "AWESOME" experience at the eye doctor or choosing glasses. I cannot say enough well about this office. I will recommend this office to anyone I know that needs an eye exam and glasses. All of the employees in this office are fabulous and should certainly be recognized. I was so happy with my experience I would like to take my experience straight to the CEO to let him know what "AWESOME" employees he has working in this clinic!!!

Just another number. We called numerous times about critical diagnostics for my daughter who sat there with pain with no return calls for weeks because physician was out of town. We asked for the covering doc to help us out and no call back or nothing done. Highly disappointing

My family is traumatized after a night in this place. It feels like we just slept in a homeless shelter. It smells and it's dirty. Every part of this hospital smelled of a different kind of stink. I think we passed one hallway that smelled clean. When they finally put us in a room for the night, all the furniture was sticky. The sheets blankets and pillows smelled dirty, each piece a different kind of stink. My small child left with 1 stitch. We never should have been held in the ER till 3am. The next day they kept making excuses not to let us leave. I'm not even going to get started on some of the horrors we saw before we even made it to the children's ward. The nurses were very nice, and so we're Some of the doctors. But it doesn't make up for the unnecessary 24hr nightmare we finally escaped.
