Terrible. I never had a more horrendous patient experience. The nurses don't respond for about a hour if you need assistance and the sanitation of this hospital is questionable. My son who has special needs was treated poorly at this facility. It took housekeeping over two hours to come and clean his restroom, which was very disturbing because he was taking medication to produce a bowel movement. So he was forced to use the visitors restroom down the hallway. If he had a accident the nurses left sheets for me to make the bed!? No one sanitized his bed not one time. I could go on forever but I won't. There were several situations that I found to be quite disturbing. So it goes without saying that I left the hospital and will be taking him to Cleveland Clinic where I know he will receive a much better level of care. The bottom line is this. This hospital has a bad culture, terrible patient care, and questionable hygiene practices. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

We waited in the ER for 7 hours before keeping my Dad. Two days later he is still on the first floor due to not enough beds and rooms. Hopefully he gets a decent room after surgery. However a year ago my grandma was there due to a stroke and they took wonderful care of her. And they are at least giving my Dad the surgery he needs when no other hospital has helped him. Also security guards are very nice and polite.

I had a major gallbladder surgery and it went as well as it possibly could. These doctors are the brightest minds in the country. I was very happy with them respecting my personal requests. The Post OP Nurse Robert R. was AMAZING, he is the nurse you want to wake up to in the recovery room. Thank you again!

Guess I'll go back to the hotel and die there instead of dying in the waiting room. EKG must not have been too bad, sent to the waiting room for 3.5 hours after triage. I'll take my chances.

I was transferred here from a local hospital due to my doctors not knowing what to do with me at my local hospital. I have MS and was recovering from cellulitis. Nurses were (mostly) great. Place is FILTHY. Doctors there are horrible and not compassionate. They did nothing for me. I will not return and honestly wouldn't take my dog or cat there. Just go anywhere else for care. I have contacted their patient helper or whatever they are called... no results. 🙁 I expected more from a "top" hospital.
