The receptionist was coughing into her hands, the tech, although very personable, had me use a pen without washing my hands after collecting a specimen, staff were yelling through the office instead of walking down the hall to speak to someone, other patient information was easily overheard, and the doctor would not stop talking about other topics (Amazon, the bus system, the prices of housing). I had come in on my lunch break and was late getting back to work. You're a hospital, cleanliness should be #1 priority, #2 should be time management. I'm thankful this will not be my primary care facility.

My review is specifically Because off of the last review as a Certified Drug Screen Collector I know this for a fact that you are not suppose to wash your hands until you sign its required that you was your hands before and after the drug screen. So to S.P I think they were just doing there job.

I had to go here because this is the only hospital my surgeon works at that my insurance would pay for. I am glad it worked out that way though. Hospital was clean, all the staff were friendly, and the processes seem efficient. Only issue is the same issue all hospitals have - not enough nurses for the number of patients. Would definitely consider another surgery at this hospital.

I was admitted several weeks ago and spent about a week from being on the 4th floor (rm 467) and then moved to the 3rd floor(rm 326) before I was released. My experience on both floors was remarkable. The nursing staff and the support teams for them were GREAT! The nurses were very attentive, professional and caring to all the patients I witnessed including myself. They and their teams checked on us (myself and the other patients) regularly and responded immediately to every request and need. The food was great, the portions were more than adequate, the selection was large. The food handling staff was caring and even the maintenance crew was very respectful to the patients and their needs. I highly recommend this hospital and their HR team for selecting such a GREAT group of people

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Thus place deserves a rating of -5! They neglect the patients, and have very bad attitudes. The Nurse, Surgeon, and Medical staff all carried themselves like rookies and did not know how to medically take care of a patient after an emergency surgery. I would advise you either find another hospital or try a home remedy, it's almost equivalent.
