Not only did she racially profile me by assuming because I am black I am on Medicaid, she made reference about my relationship with my children!! Who asks another woman if they love their child!!Smh. To top it off she made excuses to why she could not perform a procedure. It is sad that we live in a country where the Dr. can't speak English can get a PHD.

I had the pleasure of having my eye surgery here and had the a great experience! I must of been in contact with at least 7 different nurses and Drs and hospital personal and everyone of them were so nice and helpful. I even left my ID and insurance card in the locker on accident and the staff found it and turned it into lost and found. Five stars!

The receptionist was coughing into her hands, the tech, although very personable, had me use a pen without washing my hands after collecting a specimen, staff were yelling through the office instead of walking down the hall to speak to someone, other patient information was easily overheard, and the doctor would not stop talking about other topics (Amazon, the bus system, the prices of housing). I had come in on my lunch break and was late getting back to work. You're a hospital, cleanliness should be #1 priority, #2 should be time management. I'm thankful this will not be my primary care facility.

i’ve always found the staff to be efficient and extremely prompt and pleasant, I’ve visited the emergency room on multiple occasions, and have multiple procedures done at this hospital, I’ve always been treated well, and well cared for

This was my first time in this hospital and it seem like they are behind times than other hospitals I've been in maybe because, they are not as busy. Nice hospital, Nurses were nice but, to much personal chit chat, laughing, joking between them when they admitted me and getting me ready for surgery 4 nurses at one time crazy rushed. Not sure why everything thing they did was fast and they were super slow I heard one nurse telling another nurse . I was there 2 hours before I arrived at 6 :00am my surgery wasn't till 9:15am..I was outpatient for arthroscopic on my right knee.
l had problems in operating room I have copd & asthma I guess my breathing got bad and it took a long time in operating room and also in the recovery room. I heard the nurse telling another nurse my oxygen levels were real low and they were making take deep breaths. (Not) one nurse or doctor mentioned I had any issues coming out of surgery/recovery not even like you gave us a little scare, how do you feel, is your breathing ok now (Nothing )...I was shocked!! I could not understand why, every hospital tells you if you had problems I know other hospitals have always told or asked me .My doctor told my husband there was a problem up there with her breathing I was working on her knee..Really!! My husband said to him you do know she has COPD going into the procedure. She ok
I was rushed out the door with an ok knee and bad sore throat couldn't talk for days and my chest and breathing was terrible from whatever they did and did not tell me..
