Medical department is very rude and clearly not interested in their jobs. The doctors are normally pretty nice, but the desk employees and the pharmacy staff are irritable and snippy.

Nurse Stacey with Ann Wells denied my appointment for being 3 minutes late. I called and notified that I was caught in traffic they said to come in. I had to beg to get my mammogram and now I am waiting excessively.

They told me I was just fine. The next business day I was in surgery. Recommended by an outside doctor who I went to see the same day for a second opinion. I knew I was not ok.

Optical is AMAZING! They always provide great customer service and do a fantastic job. Dental is horrible! Frequent mistakes. A few years ago they told me they "lost" my chart and then it was "found" inside of my sister's chart. They chipped my tooth during a cavity so I had to have a root canal. The medical center is average, no complaints.
