Possibly the slowest ER on this planet!! Rude young secretary who didn’t know how to do her job other than spend half the time flirting with some random dude, save yourself the hassle and drive to Galesburg.

Absolutely amazing hospital. Had to go to the Emergancy Department and they got me back in a room extremely fast. The staff, nurses and The Doctors(the doctor I had, at least) are really nice, sweet and caring. It only took the doctor about 5 minutes to come evaluate me after I had gotten in the room. He was very thorough and showed amazing empathy. The best part to me was that they actually care about you; you aren't just a number or just another person they have to see. They treat you like an actual human being and most other hospitals treat you like a burden. Would 100% recommend this hospital to anyone.

shout out to the ER staff for treating my mom like dirt. They showed no respect at all and just wanted to hurry up and get her out of there. thanks! Not.

There physical therapy department is awesome with friendly folks.

The BEST NURSES, TECHS, DOCTORS, THERAPY, DIETARY, EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE TO HELP PATIENTS LIKE MYSELF, THEY GO ABOVE & BEYOND TO CARE FOR YOU & MAKE YOUR STAY, WHETHER ITS BRIEF OR LONG, COMFORTABLE!!!! YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER OR A CODE, YOU ARE A PERSON TO THEM & THEY DONT TREAT YOU ANY LESS THEY DO ALOT & I WANT TO LET ALL OF THEM KNOW THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST WHO HAVE TREATED ME
