I am very displeased with this place, there is a quarter of the staff who are amazing, sympathetic and accommodating but the rest have no care for patients, including some doctors. The waiting room bathrooms are disgusting and they need to upgrade their patient’s rooms. I’ve visited this hospital a lot over several years for major brain and heart surgeries. They do have some incredible doctors and nurses but there is only a handful. I wish I could give this place zero stars but it won’t allow me, probably to save the pride of higher people.

We recently went to the hospital with my mom. ER was Awful. But then she got moved to the cardiac unit because the cancer wing was full. She passed away after 4 days. Those nurses that took care of her (and us) at the end of her life couldnt have been any better. They were sooo thoughtful and compassionate. They helped make a terrible situation a little bit easier. Kudos to you girls that helped Nancy get her wings. We will be forever greatful. I would recommend this hospital, but not necessarily the er.

They made me feel like family here. I was recovering with this team from Jan - Oct. I had two therapists both were very helpful; the staff is awesome. Even security has helped me there, when I left my keys there one day. Once you complete their "program" they show you the gym and have trained staff there to guide you on your recovery thereafter. One of my therapists even told me to come by and say hi every now and then. They all seem to really care!

Absolutely horrible had a doctor couldn't have been more than 25 years old contradicted what another doctor told me was wrong with me. Spent 2 hours in the Lobby with exscruciating pain !

This hospital is a joke! My stepfather came in with chest pains around 9 PM last night. They gave him a CT scan and confirmed phenomena. He was dehydrated, weak, and couldn't respond very well but they still discharged him! He was on an IV drip for maybe an hour but they still discharged him! One nurse, feeling bad I suppose, gave him a room to rest for a few hours, but another nurse came in and kicked him out cause they needed the room! They didn't contact my mother, his own wife, due to "HIPAA laws", even though he told them, to the best of his ability, to call his wife! My mother called several times to find out where her husband was. The woman who answered the phones didn't know anything and was rude by this inconvenience. My stepfather waited in the waiting room for several hours until we were able to dive the 3.5 hours to get him. This hospital is an absolutely terrible place! No bedside matter, no common sense. The hospital administrators will all be receiving personal letters and hopefully they will revalue the way they run a hospital! Also, a patient advocate will be contacted! Patient neglect at its finest!
