If you come to the ER you can expect to wait. 5 to 6 hours minimum. Most likely they won't fix you. Better off staying home and caring for your own self

My husband was brought into the ED by ambulance. The Staff that worked on him and met me was incredible. Compassionate, proffesional, and focused. Not only was I impressed with their bearing and attentiveness, they took the time to see to my needs and concerns.

A great place to have "small things" taken care of.. But you will definitely want to go to Syracuse NY. Like St.Joe"s Hospital for proper response and care. At a much faster pace.

I am very disappointed with my experience in the Oswego Hospital Emergency Room. Very unprofessional staff. I arrived by ambulance to just stand in a hall way for about 20 minutes while the staff and EMT's told stories about they're day. They proceeded to place me in a room that was freezing cold and offered no blankets or any means of comfort while I waited a hour for a doctor to finally come in. I went in at 3:00am with a stomach virus that I have been dealing with for 6 days straight. They dismissed every symptom that I had explained I was experiencing and did absolutely nothing to help me. I was told I had to just ride it out. I should have went to St. Joe's or Crouse where the staff is professional and put they're patients first. I do not recommend anyone use the Oswego Hospital for anything.

Sergey on my bladder. Dr. Olin was awesome and I haven't had any problems since. Everyone was awesome. It was a very pleasant experience!
