Overlake Hospital Medical Center

We had our baby on May 10th. We had the most amazing experience. The nurses were wonderful! We had Elsa and Angela. They were compassionate, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better birth experience. I highly recommend their maternity ward. They listened to all of our concerns and respected our birth plan. We had about and hour and a half of skin to skin contact after my son was born. Nobody rushed us, they encouraged us to bond. My husband cut the cord and Elsa took pictures for us on our phone. What a wonderful day!

I and my family visited for annual health checkup. Once we completed primary care, doctor recommended additional check for my family. While making those additional checkup they said it is covered under Cigna insurance and we don’t need to pay. Issue started thereafter when Overlake Hospital started sending bills home. Wondered why didn’t they say initially just before additional checkup what is not covered? They could’ve told us during appointment too. Then we would’ve considered something else. Once committing that we don’t need to pay but later on sending bills is horrible thing for sure. Recommendation: Stay away from them.

Surprisingly my post-operative stay felt like being in a 5-star hotel with 5-star service - I am grateful for all of your caring and expertise!

Dr Ratcliffe has replaced both of my hips (2013/14) and this month, one of my knees. I'm very sad he will be retiring soon, as he's the best at what he does. I had another excellent experience here. The nurses, anasthesiologist, and everyone were just wonderful. The food is really good too and you can order meals anytime during open kitchen hours, uncommon in most hospitals. Highly recommend them.
