Admitted my wife to this hospital late one night for severe abdominal pain. Was asked questions then admitted a few minutes later. She was placed in a trauma room and was rudely asked questions and was seen by the "doctor" until about another hour and a half later. The doctor looked at us as if she and I were lying about her condition and was very condescending. My wifes pain level was over a level 10 and was only given a tablet of tylenol. She was discharged 2 hours later crying and in pain and was told nothing was wrong her and a prescription for nausea. Next day I admitted her hoping there was another doctor on duty, nope. Same doctor was in and yelled at my wife for pushing the button for help, she had us escorted out by Palestine PD for dropping a water bottle saying my wife threw it at her. This place needs to be shut down and condemned. Something more is happening at that hospital. Possibly organ harvesting. If you allow them they will let you die, stay away. I transported my wife to Tyler to CHRISTUS Mother Frances where she was treated with excellent care and was told by an actual doctor that, had she not been admitted in Tyler she would have been hospitalized for over 2 months and it only took the less then a few minutes to admit her and relieve her pain, and less then 3 hours to give her a proper diagnosis, medication prescriptions and send us peacfully on our way.

11/18 Worst hospital around I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here my twins almost died cause they sorry doctors misdiagnosed not once but twice had to take them to Dallas children’s hospital was there 2 days and they was so much better all PRMC wants to do is put you in a room for about 5 min and charge you but they gonna give you a BS prescription and send you on your way no help or relief they are the worst I have ever seen... tried giving them another chance today 1/27/19 and they truly prove my point of why I say they are the worst was put in a triage room dr came in like 2 sec later not fully looking at my complaint says”oh well you need a prescription and follow up with primary and walked out my foot is on fire it’s hurting that bad smh the ultimate worst hospital around...

My 83 yr old father was a 3 day patient * came in through the ER & they were GREAT ~ EFFICIENT ~ THROUGH & SPOT ON! Once we were moved to the 3rd floor, things went DOWN HILL! My father has Dementia & had taken a fall at home ~ 2 CRACKED RIBS All the staff except for RAE MURRAY ~ need to be sent back to nursing school When you walk to the hall door observe the nurses station ** that's were they are drinking soda, visiting & or on the computer You walk to the station and it's as if you are such a BOTHER Litteraly a BOTHER .

Very disappointed in the nursing staff again except for RAE MURRAY. She's top notch never stops & treats your loved one ** as if they were her own

To Rae, with all my heart I thank you for your kindness and compassion for my dad

I was in a car accident in Feb 2018. My chest was hurting as a result of impact. Upon arrival to the emergency room, a Dr. Stiles checked up on me, ordered CT scans of the area. Nice guy. Confirmed there was no bruised lung or other internal problem. He told me I had a bruised sternum, gave me pain med prescriptions and that I would be sore for a couple of days. I left in some of the most horrible pain I've experienced. I made it back to my home town and saw my primary physician who looked at the scan records and told me "they never looked at your sternum". So, he sent me to the local hospital for x-rays and turns out my sternum was broken! 20k of CT Scans and I'm told I have a bruise, $185 X-Ray and find out I have a broken sternum.
