My experience in labor and delivery was fantastic!! My nurses were so good to me. One nurse in particular. Jenny Collins. I love her ! she catered to my every want and need and made me feel so much better about my situation at hand. If you go to L&D. Ask for her! You will not regret it !!

My husband is in the ER for severe chest pains and has been sitting in the waiting room, ignored. Where's the triage to put people in order of seriousness??? We left and went to urgent Care. I'm a Director at another hospital and this would not happen at my hospital.

Only giving 1 star because negative stars isn't an option. These people are idiots and are not qualified to be practicing medicine. Went in there to have some tests done. They had to put an IV in, which normally wouldn't be a big deal....when the nurses know what the F@#$ they're doing. They tried to stick an IV in my arm 5 times and missed every time. Even bent the needle in my arm from digging around trying to find the vein. They blew 2 of my veins. Then when these idiots were done with the torture, they made me hold it in my hand while I was getting the tests done. On top of all of that, they sent me out leaving a trail of blood dripping out of my hand. If you have a choice, Do Not Go Here!

I was in the ER with chest pain and shortness of breath. I couldn't ask for better care. All teams from ER, Radiology, Lab and Respiratory were excellent. Fortunately it was nothing serious and was discharged. Palestine has a great asset here with PRMC.

Pull up at ER with my husband have a stroke. Nurses come out and tell me to move that I can’t park there! Even after explaining that my husband is having a stroke and I need to get him out of truck. While we’re in ER and test are being done to confirm stroke, they take their time over an hour to tell us they have no neurologist at that Hospital and proceed to tell us he needed to be life flighted to Tyler! and said how he had only 1 1/2hr window for medical attention. Why would they take their time doing test when they knew there was not a Dr. there to treat stroke victims? They knew all along that he had to go somewhere else. Sorry sorry hospital! Never go there again!!! Not about the patient, all about the $$$$!!
