This was the fastest ER visit I have ever had. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The doctor came and saw me within ten. And 2 days later my ear infection and swelling is reduced! Definitely give this hospital credit where it's due.

Went in to the ER peeing blood and they told me I was fine. I’m pretty sure that means your not fine. Not to mention you can hear nurses in the halls talking about their personal lives and other patients. Barely checked on me at all.

Came in with stomach and abdomen pain. Got seen really fast. New nurse wasn't able to put an IV in me after two times. Got a CT scan with contrast and the physician told me I have some chronic changes going on in my intestines whatever that means and I should go see a gastro. I would have like to see the CT scan results. Nice hospital bill I need to pay for now, got zero meds for IBS or stomach issues, just a feel better and go see a gastro.

I just want to say how compassionate and caring the 2nd floor was for my father-in-law who just passed away today they made our family feel like they were special and took care of us like we were part of their family the whole staff was just the best I've ever seen and I work in the medical field and have never seen anyone do what they did

Apparently the online scheduling system does nothing. After being taken back to a room we were completely neglected for hours. The patient is being seen for dehydration and vomiting, yet after two hours in room 8 , he still had not received fluids for him nor the medications promised. We experienced absolutely horrible communication between the patient and “care team”- who don’t care at all. We were referred here by the Urgent care at Gateway who told us that we would be helped here more quickly -wrong. Health First should be doing better, which they have signs up promoting with the managers phone number “to improve any aspect of care or visit”. When I called the number nobody answered so I called the listed charge nurse who was no help at all.
