Palms West Hospital

The physical hospital was clean and bright. The front desk staff was friendly and competent with everyone. The hospital account staff was quick and had everything ready to confirm. The nurse, Leisa, was very nice and made sure I was informed and comfortable. The anesthesia doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and the anesthesia nurse, Paula, did a great job. A big thank you to Palm’s West Hospital staff.

My experience soo far at the Palm West Hospital has been outstanding the environment around here is absolutely wonderful. They make sure they can do whatever they can to keep you comforted and safe. Especially in pediatrics I’ve encountered many of great nurses and doctors who made sure everything was done properly. They also provide a lovely social worker (who is the only social worker in the building) to discuss with children or adults within the hospital about their problems or needs and she actually listens to what you have to say and makes sure she at least gets a laugh out of you. I would honestly recommend this hospital to anyone that needs the care.

I had out patient surgery, robotic assisted. From admission, to the OR, and the overnight stay, all was handled well, and the equipment was top notch. They were aggressively proactive against infections, a critical influence on the patient’s outcome. I had been unaware of the hospital prior to this surgery, but I definitely left impressed. There is no rest while in the hospital - no matter where you are. However, the nurses and entire care stare at Palms West were kind, caring and having a must stay surgery, made my overall experience most bare-able and I thank the staff for all they did to help me recover. They were amazing!
