Normally it's great 5 stars but the nurse my mother had was nasty. Marsha I believe her name is. Never gave me an update on my mom. I tried to ask questions and she would cut me off. Very rude. I decided to stay the night because I'm not going to allow anyone to treat my mother the way she treated me. Other than that everyone was very attentive. The staff that worked on her came and explained everything to us and the lady at the surgical center was on top of keeping me updated.

Unprofessional, dingy, and low class Someone I know was giving birth here and there were about 6 - 7 FRIENDS in the room with her as the nurses were working. It was very unprofessional and they should've kicked them all out so they had more room to work on her and so she wouldn't be stressed. Plus, there were even MORE friends outside the room fighting about who was going to see the baby first!!! Why weren't they kicked out?! These nurses need much better training. It was also dingy and old looking. While we were in the waiting room, a group of guys were taking creepy pictures of me and blowing kisses at me. DISGUSTING! It seems like they let anyone in here. I felt very unsafe here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I have been at Palms West twice to check my placenta (Making sure isn't low lying) everyone has been very nice and professional,I'm coming back this Saturday 27th to be check at 40 weeks. I'm having my baby here also,so looking forward for the best. Here's the update, had my baby on February 3rd at Palms West,Dr. Marshall listened my concerns, did everything to help me have my baby since I was 41 weeks already,I can't say enough words to thank him and to thank every single nurse that help me.Great experience having my baby girl there.☺

This is the worst ER I have ever been too! I was diagnosed with the flu along with high fevers, high blood pressure and etc. they checked my blood pressure and my temp one time. They left me in the room for almost 3 hours. No one ever came to check on me. I was discharged without even re-checking my pressure or temp. Never again!

I give the Surgery Center and Main Hospital 5 stars. Both places were spotless, the staff were kind, caring, professional and just outstanding. I could not ask for a better place to take care of me during my stressful time. So thankful my physician practices here. Cancer gone and life is good. Thank you, Palms West Hospital.
