I received outstanding care. The nurses and technical staff were exceptionally attentive and engaged. They carefully explained the procedures and answered all questions completely. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Probably the best hospital experience I've ever had.

Was in the ER a few weeks ago. Went to the window to register. The lady told me that they would get me shortly. About five minutes later, the nurse came with a wheelchair. I went straight to the back where she took my information. Had been to this hospital before over a year ago and the year prior. Both times I had to register my info and wait in the lobby to be called. So I must say, I was highly impressed with being put in a room within five to ten minutes of arrival. Mind you, this was on a Saturday night. The nurse and doctor were attentive and professional women. Would recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. Previous stays here were also phenomenal. They've just gotten better.

Down fall:: Husband was going in for a heart cath.. and he or I were ask to shave the groin area ourselves in the bathroom.. I have a total knee replacement, so it’s not easy for me to get down to do that..My husband is legally blind, so I had him get back in the bed to get this done..This was a FIRST we have ever been ask to do that at a hospital. Unprofessional to me..I certainly do NOT feel it’s our place to have to try and get that done since we are both seniors.. On the Upside:: Staff was nice and room was clean..waiting room was comfortable and had place to charge cell phones..cafeteria was decent

Although I think both hospital's equipment and staff's professionalism was not top notch but very happy to know that hospital administration is in process to improve everything. But my main reason for going there was Dr Loyalka. He and his staff at cath lab and at his clinic are great.

I recently had a hysterectomy at Park Plaza Hospital. The staff was wonderful, from the check in at reception through the entire time during my three night stay. Every nurse took fabulous care of me.
