feedback about Parkview Adventist Medical Center
I had a low-risk tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy surgery here. No complaints on the actual surgery-- however, the anesthesiologist asked me what surgery I was going in for AS they were administering anesthesia. To this day, I don't know if they were serious or just checking to see if I was still conscious and aware of my settings (I filed a complaint).. Everything went routine, but the last thing I remember before coming to was being scared that I would only get adnoids or tonsils out and not the other. Also- they only asked medical allergies, and I was allergic to the dye in my liquid pain killer. It was an easy fix, but vomiting right after surgery resulted my cauterization needing to be redone- NOT pleasant. Everything else was sanitary and fine.
