Dr. Carr and her staff are amazing! Our entire family has been going to her for 5 years now. She is very through, concise and allows enough time for conversation of the problem or issues at hand. She refers us to other providers when needed and is great with follow-up. We are so thankful to be in her care.

I have had Dr. Carr as my primary care doctor for more than ten years. She is not only caring and compassionate, but always sound in her diagnosis. Dr. Carr is very thorough and will refer you to a specialist as needed and quickly to find the correct diagnosis. The office staff has always been respectful and responsive with my needs.

Medical staff is great, I've never had any problems with them other than how long you sit in the waiting room. The office staff on the other hand, is horrendous. There are a few in the office that are decent to deal with, but the majority is lacking. They're rude, disorganized, ill-tempered and seem bothered to be answering the phones or checking you in. I loathe calling in because they are so unpleasant to speak with. Get new office staff.

My wife went to see this Dr for help with depression, anxiety and weight loss. She was treated unfairly by Dovin she had told my wife all medications were the same, trying something new wasn't going to work at all. Very against medical marijuna, both of us have our cards and she scoffed at us like we were garbage. Very rude poor bedside manner and she is very unhelpful. Not to mention the office staff wasn't good either, their was one nurse who did and excellent job. It's almost like this Dr. office is like a sad depressing atmosphere where no one cares but it just looks nice inside because recently redone.

Office staff is not helpful and “forgets” to schedule your appointment because they are “busy”, so when you show up on time, you have to wait 40 extra minutes just to be seen. If you explain something to them they ask you the same questions over and over. Test results are not given to patient quickly. Orders and referrals are not put in immediately, so therefore important medical issues are left untreated longer. Find somewhere else to go.
