Excellent and customer-friendly service. I needed to get help on late evening, as a tourist from Europe. Everything was taken care very professionally and with very friendly attitude. Thanks!

Billing for a single visit was split up without any clear itemization to help me understand what each bill was actually for. They put me in the ICU even though I did not need that level of care and they wouldn't move me to a regular room. All I had was a kidney stone. My wife has even received a bill seemingly for my visit to the hospital and they couldn't tell specifically what the bill is for or what she was supposed to have been seen for. They didn't call us until a year and 1/2 later about it. My insurance shows no claim for this supposed visit because it didn't actually happen and all the bills for my visit were already paid by me. I had a terrible experience with every part of this medical system. I was never given options and instead I feel I was taken through the most expensive process possible instead of how I would have chosen to deal with a kidney stone in hindsight. They were also very slow to get to the conclusion that I could go home and pass it on my own.

From the Ambulance to the ER to walking out the door everyone was respectful and courteous. One of the most horrific experiences of my life completely turned around in a short few hours. Thank you to all of the night staff, nurses, x-ray tech and Dr. Sherriff. Second time working with Dr. Sherriff for late ER visits and he was always patient, understanding and respectful.

We were in and out of this hospital in just 1 hour, with an X-ray and splint. The quality of care was impeccable. Best urgent care we have ever experienced. Definitely would recommend !
