Peacehealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center

We were traveling to AZ... I became ill on the trip .. went to Walmart they sent me to urgent care in Cottage Grove. I was hesitant, due to the time and I was in a non familiar town. I am so grateful for the referral and the staff at cottage grove urgent care. They were minutes from closing and still attended to me. Very professional, patient and empathetic to my illness. Great care!!! Sent me on my way after treating me. Monday morning I receive a call from them making sure I was feeling better. Restored my faith in health care.... and also urgent care facilities. Thanks to the staff at Cottag Grove.. you are awesome!!!

If I could give less stars I would! While the receptionist was polite with me and understanding, the wait time is absolutely atrocious! The care you receive is subpar at best, I watched a man bleed out of his kneecap sit for two and a half hours in the waiting room! The doctors run no test, while asking you what YOU think is wrong with you and then provide little to no solutions to it, this for profit ER needs to be evaluated on their medical procedures.

I have to use the hospital at least two times per month. The service is excellent and Dr. Lazaro is a fantastic doctor. Thank you!!

Excellent service! From Bridget the receptionist, to the doctors and Nurse's. I felt very well taken care of! I went in on a Saturday, and the doctor that worked that day seemed to genuinely care about his patients.Wish all doctors were like him! I believe a lot of doctors are about the prestige and money. The best ones obviously care about what their job is about, and my experience at peace health demonstrated that.I'm writing this so they keep up the good work!

Even with an appointment you wait forever. I went here when I had strep and they didn't want to give me any meds for it. I had to go somewhere else. Come on strep! It'd not like I was asking g for pain killers.
