I’ve been a patient at this hospital literally since birth and have typically had good care from the doctors and nurses. The business office however is a joke; continuously messes up billing or doesn’t abide but what they said they would do and instead sends accounts to collections with no notice. Absolutely disgusted with the “care” provided by anyone but the doctor and nurses that I usually see.

I've never had a better experience at a hospital!! From the staff to the volunteers, they truly make it a great place!! PRHC is a wonderful place! Dr. Carlstone and his nurse are very caring and compassionate, understanding and have been a wonderful blessing in my family's life.

Can I give a negative million. Worst clinic ever. They do not permit you to see other doctors after I lost faith in my family dr there. Due to errors in prescriptions, failure to provide lab results, ignoring request for said information, errors in dosage and prescriptions. Really dr prescribed CIALIS for me, a woman that had not even had an appointment. Incorrect dosage on prescription that was JUST a chance from tablet to capsule. Oh, be sure to only discuss ONE health issue, if you have more than one concern, you will have to make another appointment. It is only a matter of time until a patient is hurt or killed. Never go there!

Good doctors, but under staffed and takes a very long time to get ahold of anyone.

Been waiting on a call from my doctor at clinic since JULY 5th. Their quality department promised someone would get back to me today. Hasn't happened. Really and how long does it take to get blood test results? They were done on JULY 1 at a facility in Des Moines where we had to go because no one at PRHC can do a fine needle aspirate. Apparently no tickler file to check that the results had been received. Wouldn't even know they hadn't been received if I hadn't called. Poor service! Poor management!
