Beautiful new facility that is warm and inviting. The staff truly cares about patients and they are always looking to improve! Pender is truly lucky to have such a facility in such a small town!

Simply the worst hospital I ever been to stuck me several times gave me medicine that caused me to bleed while I’m pregnant plus made me start having chest pain plus rush me out saying they couldn’t keep me to the point I had to drive myself home in terrible pain an throwing up an still had to leave an drive all the way to Sioux City to get help an it was so serious I was having signs of miscarriage stages an they kept me for two days to keep checking my baby’s level an gave me fluids for dehydration and medications to stop an help with vomiting which Pender Nebraska hospital didn’t do nor truly care about me an my unborn child an after all the pain an non caring they now want to act like they only have records of me calling once about a bill that should of been taking care of by insurance months ago again an been getting the run around after talking to billing three different times about this an now they want to act like they don’t cover Iowa medical so now I’m stuck with a 2000 dollar bill when they could of told me this when I came and told they where I was on top of when I spoke to someone in January an February when they told me that this would to taken care of now come the end of March now they can’t Submit the bill and it’s now my responsibility when I didn’t really get the care that I needed and still had to go to another hospital so if I could Rate them without one star they would get zero stars for me.

Fantastic hospital. The nursing staff is second to none, they are such great people and very carrying. The food is the best around, just plain the best hospital food you can ask for. Talk about the Doctors, they are the best I have seen or had. I've had my share of operations and this is by far the best hospital out of the three I've been to. Sioux City, Rochester and Pender. Pretty cool to have a hospital of this quality in our home town.

Best experience I've ever had at a hospital! The rooms were beautiful. The nurses were caring and extremely accommodating. They were ahead of schedule which it was very nice. It was all the staff including the ones I pass by in the hallways the ones I met in the cafeteria were all very welcoming and friendly.
