Penn Highlands Elk

The individuals I worked with went out of their way to make a very difficult situation easier to deal with. My father was admitted, and Penn Highlands is 2.5 hours away from home. They were extremely compassionate, and did everything to make my father, and his family, as comfortable as possible. When he was discharged, we actually got hugs from a number of staff members. I was honestly touched - thank you sooo much!!!!

Amber Nissel should be educated. This ER nurse lacks compassion especially to addicts.

I wouldn't send a dead animal to the er

With all the concerns and paperwork you get about HIPPA, the lady at the reception desk apparently didn't get the memo.
