My dad chooses PCMH when he needs emergency care. He always ends up admitted due to his condition. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Fiancée had extreme vaginal bleeding. Like. Making her dizzy, hands and feet going numb. Passing out kinda extreme bleeding
Took her to PCMH and they drew 5 things of blood. Had her take a urine test.
Two hours later they say it’s just her period.

It gets worse next day so we go to the women’s hospital in Newburgh to find out she actually had endometriosis.

The cared about nothing more than just getting her out of the ER. they were extremely rude the whole time, acted like they knew what it was before the tests even came back (probably didn’t even look at the results) and just didn’t care about her or anything that was happening to her.

You’d be better off making the drive to Evansville or jasper.

Most horrible hospital experience ever. They put my daughter under to run tests, she had a bad terrifying reaction when she came to and they just had me sit there with her, every other hospital has given her sedatives when this happens and brought her out slowly to prevent this. They also "didn't realize" they should have run more tests than they did so she had to have the same basic procedure done again (in Evansville) to get all the stuff they should have gotten the 1st time!
You also CANNOT get their Spencer County clinic to answer the phone! The receptionist is always on her cell phone when I'm there. I've expressed the bad service concerns a couple times to the physician and he seems like he cares and yet nothing has changed in a year. Just horrible healthcare. I am currently seeking a new family physician that is not affiliated with this system at all.

Terrible service. This is the worst ER we have ever been to. Staff is absolutely rude and docs just dont seem to care. Write a med and send them on their way. PATHETIC. We will def sit for hours in OB before we come to this craphole again.

My mother had a terrible experience there. She had reoccurring cysts on her ovaries and they agreed that they would take her ovaries out. They did not, so the cysts grew back. They finally took her ovaries out, but her bowels never really woke from when she was put under. While that is not their fault, they were supposed to walk her around to try to get them started. They did not.
