Phelps Memorial Hospital Assn

My wife used this hospital to give birth to our kid, and I used it for sinus surgery. We always choose this hospital when possible, even though it's thirty minutes away from us. Phenomenal care all around. Every person, from techs to nurses to doctors, etc. has been caring, professional, and highly capable. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have used Phelps P/T many, many times over the last 5 years. The therapist I used was terrific, RON, and some of the staff was very helpful. Rosa and Puja were so nice and very helpful. My complaint is after receiving P/T in October, and P/T this past summer, I get an outstanding bill for over $400. From two years ago out of the blue. There was never a bill, letter or anything I paid my outstanding bill. We had a house fire in March and getting this bill out of nowhere was very distressing. Their response was they were audited Phelps get your act together in billing. I will not be using this facility again. Or will I refer clients in the future. Beware !

We had an amazing birthing experience at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The entire maternity team was fantastic and helped us feel safe, comfortable and empowered in making decisions about the experience. The labor rooms are spacious, allowing space for mom to move around and pace, plus the labor tubs help ease pains of contractions. The recovery rooms are also lovely, overlooking the river and offering a comfortable murphy bed for my partner. We loved the food, the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere. It was so quiet and peaceful that it gave us the opportunity to rest after birth while rooming-in with our baby. The lactation specialists also worked with us to help us with breastfeeding and really set us up for success when we got home. THANK YOU everyone who took such good care of us - it really gave our baby the best start possible.

Recently, I was visiting a Phelps urologist, when he spotted a discoloration on my chest. He said: "You should get that checked out." I did. It was cancer! (Basal cell, thank G+d). Can you believe that? The urologists are so great at Phelps that they can spot cancer! OMG, it is a good thing I went to Phelps. I highly recommend Phelps to everyone!!
