feedback about Phoenix Va Medical Center
I have never had an issue here. The staff is friendly and doctors do their best with resources provided. Some areas the wait is longer than usual but not that bad. Bring a good book and be patient.
They are trying their best to make improvements and many of the staff have been going out of there way to try to help us Veterans.
A lot of them have been working overtime and skipping lunches and parking offsite to help out with the parking shortages etc. I commend them for their efforts.
The ER and the after hours Telecare Help I just received was 5 STAR service.
THANK YOU !
I am in a wheelchair. Parking is terrible I expect to need to show up hours early. I set a limit of only drive around for 90 mins trying to find what would be accessible for a quadriplegic, after which i go home usually missing my appointment. You have more employees than patients using your handicapped parking. Maybe your security should starting enforcing the parking and firing staff that use it.
A lot of people whine but I'm reminded, that if i were a vet of another country. I could be getting no treatment. My providers all seem to care, and give me the best they have to offer. I refuse outside care because they don't treat me as good as my VA Doc. The private docs act like I'm just a number to pay off their student loan.
Have had some health problems and the VA has been taking good care of me. Today I went to get a flu shot, in and out in less than 10 minutes. The service from the professionals there has been great.
