The only department that cares is the ER. The rest of the hospital employees (not doctors) don't care about you, just as long as they get to leave at 4pm. Plus, try calling up to a department...good luck getting an answer. The last time I stopped in-person, the employee at the front desk of that department (Orthopedics) made it seem like they are burdened to check on your referral. Typical government employee. I've never had this problem outside of the Phoenix region.
It’s just terrible how the staff treats our veterans. I walked in to the pharmacy only to witness a staff member snapping at a man who was only trying to ask her a question. The look on his face was that of utter embarrassment and humiliation. This place is disgusting and the staff member didn’t care that I was standing there witnessing her rude behavior toward this older gentlemen in a wheelchair. HE’S A VETERAN FOR PETES SAKE! Something needs to be done regarding the piss poor treatment of those who fought for our country and now need medical care.
ALL OF THE HEALTH CARE TEAM & SUPPORT STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY. JUST LOVE❤MY PHX VA & CLINICS. THANKS FOR HELPING US VETS!
Waiting for scheduled appointment three hours later getting in to see doctor for 3 minutes
They still haven't improved veterans care here
As a veteran myself the PHX VA is one of the best va hospitals I've had the pleasure to visit. I've been to about 2 dozen va hospitals in 7 different states.
