I even asked if they have survey to fill out! Had my first child there on July 2,2019. During the whole stay there the nursing and everyone involved was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean! Thank you everyone much appreciated!

I had driven myself here, not knowing I was going to be admitted for the next 7 days. From every department, I was treated with respect and compassion. On the day of my discharge, knowing my sister had moved my car to the parking garage, my transport got with valet to go find my car. They didn't have to do that... Thank you to the staff of UPMC Pinnacle Health.

This Hospital helped my Grandmother with her heart condition and she feels much better. They gave her world class surgery and Made sure she got the right treatment. I’d recommend this hospital to anybody.

I was a surgical patient yesterday morning for a thyroid surgery. From registration, preop ( Team Tiffany ) to post op I cannot thank everyone enough for the great care. My surgeon's team kept us informed as to everything that was to be going on before, during and after the procedure. KUDOS to UMPC Pinnacle- Harrisburg Campus !

Don't go here if you are having any problems with your pregnancy or to give birth. I am making a review from an experience I had in 2016. I was pregnant at 14 and a half weeks and I went in for severe abdominal pain. I had no idea what the pain was until it was too late. I waited in the ER for about 4 hours and then in between a room and having blood drawn and getting an ultrasound another 4 hours. Each time in between I plainly stated something is seriously wrong and I need to be seen IMMEDIATELY. When I left my ultrasound room they left me in the hall for 30 minutes alone, 0 acticity on the floor I was left on. They took me back down to my room and that's when it got really bad. I started having the WORST pain I have ever felt in my abdomen and they gave me an IV of painkillers. They still won't tell me what is happening. All of a sudden after 10 minutes pass, still in pain, my water breaks. My heart sinks and I remember looking at my husband and saying "well, this is a waste" and crying straight faced looking at the ceiling while they talk to me about my "options" for passing my child. This is the first time they have said a SINGLE THING to me about what was happening and did not even attempt to stop it. I was taken up to the maternity ward after being there for 9 hours. 9 hours is how long it took them to take me to the correct floor. After 3 more hours I was finally able to give birth to my dead son. They took me down to the OR for a D+C and one of the nurses congratulated me on my delivery and asked me what gender we had. I was gicenven anesthesia and woke up confused and scared and wheeled out to the car. Do not go here.
