It is 1/17/18 approximately 10:18pm and I’m in the ER because I’m having chest pain. The individual who did my EKG was very informative and professional. The gentleman who did my vitals was also informative and friendly. However the female that did the X-ray was extremely RUDE. I told her my chest hurt and I needed a wheelchair. She refused to give me a wheelchair and indicated that the room was near. She also stated she will give me a wheelchair after the test was done. I told her she was walking to fast and she continued to walk fast and showed absolutely no concern. I’m in complete shock that I was treated this way by one of your staff members. I would like an explanation.
Respectful staff, clean and fast. Housekeeping was so sweet and polite. Knowing I had anxiety she made me feel less anxious and relaxed just with how nice she was and smiling. Nurse Richard was amazingly kind and respectful and doctor Santana just as much. Great experience.
Good hospital. Been there quite often with 2 boys in sports. They get you in and out in a decent amount of time.
I've mostly had poor experiences with this hospital. but, my last visit everyone was warm and comforting. We were seen quickly but, we weren't rushed. Dr. Romero was great.
Update: I met with a Dr. Jennifer Santana and a nurse I regret I can't remember his name but, they were absolutely wonderful today. Even the nurse at the front desk was great. Treating my daughter, who has a dx of autism, can be a tough job. But, they were understanding and accomodating and I truly appreciate them for it.
horrible experience. brang my nephew in and when he explained to the doc what was wrong he was told he was pretty much lying. we requested a new doc for 3 hours and never got one. and when we refused one test we didn't get our discharge papers. this place is a joke!
