Scared and worried to go to sleep at night for shortness of breath, constant rapid heart, and feeling of something totally wrong with your body. Went in for an emergency TWICE cause I was having “panic attack” that turned out to be pneumonia. So the doctors said. There has to be something more than just that. I’m currently dealing with the problem to this day. Apparently, I need psychological help for going to the ER and wanting to get help for my trouble breathing and chest pains. I was basically called crazy by one of doctors the second time I went feeling like I was dying and got hit with a $15,037.28 bill in the mail. With a bill like that, I should be totally fine and in perfect condition. Right? I got sent home a few hours later or minutes with some paper work and prescriptions. It didn’t seem longer than an hour. I did not get any information on all the tests and blood they took. I have no idea if my condition is even getting better. I could be dying and not even know it. I guess I just have to wait until something really bad happens to be treated the right way. Thanks a lot, doctors. Please, stay away from this hospital. They are not professional and do not care about your well being. They just want to play doctor and take your money. Unsatisfied.

Their Emergency facility DOES NOT have a Pediatric doctor (WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!), so the doctor that is treating your baby is basically phoning a real Hospital Osceola Regional (which by the way in my experience is worth 10+ stars) to diagnose the kids and if they require further treatment they'll be transported to a real Hospital Osceola Regional for the right care. My advice to parents is if you can go straight to the right source "Osceola Regional" and cut the middle man out "Poinciana Medical" you'll be better off! Oh and disregard the one star I gave they don't even deserve it.

ONE star is wat too many! I came for a minor stroke and I haven't got any information or any help. Just a room and a TV for the last 49 hours and counting!!!! Unbelievable the amount of no medical help and not a bit of professionalism.

the Poiciana medical center hospital. I am from Saturday, February 5. And the 3rd floor is the most disorganized I have irresponsible with their patients. Already today is February 12 and still I have not seen a significant change. in this the staff stepped both doctors and nurses until the clean have their way of cheating the system. they are irresponsible they constantly leave their work station, they do not answer the headset, the doctors do not listen to you they just pass by they talk to you and they leave without you having the opportunity to express what you feel or what hurts you. the nurses already know that people do not have how to defend themselves since on one occasion they called the operator and told me that they could not communicate to anyone to give complaints as a case manager or social worker.

I went in last year with shortness of breath. They ran all kinds of heart tests. I was in the hospital for two days with these tests. Still couldn’t breathe vut they sent me home on a Tuesday night anyway. I came back on Friday in an ambulance. Diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism! Two ticks from being dead according to the doctor this time. They treated me immediately then admitted me to intensive care. NOBODY would listen to me the first time! I almost died because of it. I was finally transferred to Osceola Regional. I won’t ever go back on purpose.
