I was amazed how well Carmen Rivera took such excellent care of me. She was the only one that bathed me and changed my sheets. You should have more nurses aides like her. She always made sure I was comfortable. She should be commended for her great service.

I filled the complement form and gave it to the reception on first floor. The service received was Excellent from the beginning to end. Nurses Andrea and Patricia and the lady doctor on the third floor were very sweet and helpful as well the rest of the staff.I am very grateful for all the attention given. I walked out after my 36 hours of being admitted feeling much better. Thanks

The ER was very informative, checked on us to make sure we knew the wait times of our labs and tests. The nurse, Mandi and Dr. Pagan, were calm and helped my autistic son to understand how an IV is soft once it is inside your body so he could move around. He didnt even scream when they put in the IV. The screen in the rooms that updates with information was very cool. All my questions were answered and loved how even the charge nurse came by and made sure we were happy with our visit. Thank you for genuinely helping us! 🙂

Needed a CT scan & chest x-rays. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was a few minutes early, and was able to leave nine minutes after my appointment time. Very happy

First of all forget all those negative reviews, those who wrote them are negative and selfish people. I was not a patient but stayed with my loved one here at this hospital. I’m reading all these negative reviews and it’s wrong what they say and want. People want things at this hospital fast and no wait time. Now think about it you want accurate results with peace of mind then don’t rush the patient care. They have a fast track for things that don’t take up time like a cut on your hand from cooking etc. Stop and look understand the situation every one is here at this hospital for a reason don’t be selfish respect other people and staff you may have a stomach ace and the other person has cancer every negative comments I read always has this selfish tone ungratefulness. We should be positive that this hospital exists they probably saved more lives then lost. So be blessed that it’s still running. My experience was great my grandma loved it she loved the staff and they loved her. #blessed #grateful
