I had my baby at Poplar Bluff Regional recently and I was thoroughly impressed with the care we received. The staff was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and left me feeling confident in them as well as myself. I could not have wished for a better experience.

Have had great care at the ER and during my stay. Thank you Dr Mirza for explaining what was happening with me...helped me relax and understand the diagnosis and treatment. Nurses and support staff...thank you !

I work in the lab at PBRMC. I’m a lab technician. I absolutely love working there.

The staff on the 2nd floor Tasha,Anna and Katie need to be fired ASAP.They are the rudest people I have ever met. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone not even a dog.I had a heart surgery there and I almost had a heart attack from all the stress of the rudest staff ever.it had got so bad that I was told to get up out of bed to be moved to a different room because I told Tasha and Katie to not come to my room being aggressive.I had just had a pacemaker surgery... it's sad

Sometimes you're lucky and get a good doctor and polite nurses but most generally you get hateful people who dont seem to know anything about manners. You can hear them talking about patients in the halls. I've been ignored and treated like I was ignorant about my own medical condition and even had them try and treat me for something I didnt even come in for. This reveiw is mainly for the emergency department of the building.
