Our daughter just had her first baby here and we had a phenomenal experience! Baby had respiratory issues and the entire staff was excellent in caring for our little guy! Professional and knowledgeable nursing staff is a true blessing. Thank you.
I had an energy gallbladder removal. This was such an amazing surgeons and nursing staff. They made me feel like a loved family member. I appreciate so much the way they took care of me and my wife while I was there. Thank you and May God Bless you all.
The ER lost my friend's purse with $500 cash and all the credit cards and everything in it and they still have not come up with it! Absolutely ridiculous! It has been 4 days and she has not even received a complimentary phone call! She made a police report in the parking lot before we left the property next morning. Her O2 stat was at 79% when I went and checked on her right before 10 PM. I rolled her on her back and placed her purse underneath her knees. When came back they sent me to room 3 in the ER and when I got there she was not in her bed. There was no nurse at the station so I had to find one and when I did they told me he had been admitted and that's all they would tell me. When we arrived there was a gentleman at the ER station that was upset because his mother's belongings had been misplaced and nobody knew anything about anything! And then my friend's purse gets stolen from underneath her legs 2 hours later! They took advantage of an elderly lady that was due to low oxygen! I believe my friend has a right to sue!
My son was sent to the Behavioral Center of this Facility. He was sent there by a court order signed by a judge from where myself and a nurse from the hospital he was transferred from signed stating he had told us he wanted to kill himself. He was placed on a 4 day old. During this time they aloud him to call but not one time did a doctor or nurse call me to discuss the issue at hand. When the 4 days was up he called and said I could come pick him up. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My son wasn't home for one day before he was off running around doing drugs again and is now saying he just wants to die and that he won't live past the age of 25. There was a reason he was sent here and he was not given the proper help at all. They will be paid from the insurance company and NOTHING was accomplished. Dr. Syed M. Sayeed did absolutely nothing for my son. I am not sure of all the protocol but if a patient is sent here by court order don't you think that the people who signed for him to be admitted should at least be contacted so they can let the staff at the hospital know what really happened and not go off the word of an 18 year old child. My son should have never been discharged. I feel he is worse now than he was before it went there. It is no wonder so many people are killing themselves and doing drugs if this is the kind of help they receive, which is really no help. As a parent you trust places like this to help and when they don't you are at a lose. I do NOT recommend sending anyone you love to this place.
I gave this place on star only to be able to post my review, it doesn't even deserve that.
Rude!! Just rude staff!! Whenever I checked into the ER the old lady behind the desk was just rude to me. The next 3 people she checked in behind me she was “please” and “thank you”. I might be young but that’s not an excuse for you to judge me and what’s going on with my health. You don’t know me. Every time I tried to call to get information faxed to another doctor the people who answered the phone was rude. I think the only nice person that works there is the doctors!! And even they are a hit or miss sometimes.
