Prattville Baptist Hospital

During my 5 day stay in ICU the staff was excellent, very attentive and professional. I truly did not expect the quality of service I received. Thank you to all the staff that took care of me you guys are great.

Please has saved my butt to many times. Quick great staff. Be nice and they be nice back. They know what their doing here. I'd drive from Montgomery to come here

This place is the most slowest none caring hospital I’ve ever been on the staff is to busy ordering take out rather than assist and or help the patients. I really should’ve thought twice before bringing my sister here or at least read the ratings. I’m very disappointed in the staff and the service I’m getting from this place tonight and if I had more time to write I would definitely do so . BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Staff was amazing, Doctor in my opinion is awful long wait and was made out that my pain was fake. After 6 hours of waiting to get some answers from my first test when the doctor saw me getting up set cause they found nothing asks if I want a CT scan. Garbage will NEVER be back.

I brought my wife in because she had been having tight pressure in her chest. I find it a disservice and am inconvenience to have doctor's come in between 9-11am when people are in discomfort and have families to take care of. My wife's vitals have been very good all night once heart rate increased. Now we have to just sit here for a doctor to show whenever they feel. Actions of that nature show and stress the fact that it's more about the money. The longer they can keep you, the more they receive. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of appropriate physicians on staff or on call for specific or designated fields. My wife means more to me than life itself and I guarantee if it was their spouse, they would not be so understanding. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have every had and will not be coming back or recommending to anyone. If my wife was as important to you as she is to me, she would be diagnosed and on her way. Thank you for nothing Baptist Hospital of Prattville.
