Doesn't even deserve one star. Security gaurd locked my 8 month old and I outside at 9pm in the cold. Used the phone and told them I needed in and had to wait 15 minutes to be let in. I watched the guy walk in front of the door... very rude!
The nurses are absolutely awful as well. They sat at the nurses station eating cookies and browsing on their phones while several patient call lights were on. It took each patient 15 minutes or more to get help with whatever they needed. I have never witnessed such awful care... will not be returning.
My husband went to the emergency room at United Proctor Hospital. The doctor, all the nurses and employees were professional and good attitude. The doctor knew what my husband had with the right tests. He saved my husband life. Then my husband was 4 days there, The nurses and everybody knew what to do and the nurse on charge to take care my husband, Laura, very professional and friendly. She answer all the questions we asked and explained to us what we did not understand. Thanks to Doctors, nurses and employees. We appreciated very much..
I went in for a doppler imaging of my leg and from the registration desk to the nurses and all the staff, were just AWESOME! Thank you so much for making me feel like a person and not just a pat check! Y'all ROCK!!
Went to see a podiatrist for bunion issues. She insisted I get an xray to make sure my foot wasn't broken, despite not showing any symptoms of a broken foot. I find out later the xray was $700. I sign up for the zero percent interest 12 month payment plan to pay off the $1000+ bill. They immediately sell my "debt" to a company that charges insane interest, and sends me zero e-mails or paperwork. I had to do a lot of footwork (no pun intended) to even figure out what was happening with my bill. In the end, the doctor recommended I wrap my feet with athletic tape. Awesome medical advice for $1,000+ interest. Real winners over there.
Didn't give my dad his meds to control his psychiatric condition, caused his bipolar to get bad. He ending up dying after discharge.
