Progress West Hospital

The ED staff are wonderful. Best emergency care I’ve ever received. Highly recommend. I hate going to any hospital based on prior experience but Progress West has changed this for me. I never write reviews but they definitely deserve one!

The woman in Ultrasound Mary Milberg was such an amazing tech she helped me feel safe and comfortable!! Would highly recommend her.

Yesterday I took my husband to Progress West Hospital emergency room. We had a really good experience. I am a nurse and work for a large hospital in St. Louis. I was so impressed with how professional, informative and caring the emergency room staff is. Mehgen, my husband's nurse, is the best! She was extremely kind and always took time to update us and explain what would be happening. Progress West Hospital is one of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been in!

My grandmother had her hip replaced here and the nurses couldn’t have been nicer. They were always there to help and attentive to pain. The cafe was also a cool experience becise you could call anytime and they would bring you anything you want!

Never a wait. Super fast and efficient. I first went to St. Joseph’s Lake St. Louis cause it’s closer to where I live and was told people had been waiting over two hours so I drove to Progress West. Drive time and waking in, was in a room in 12 minutes. 30 minutes later, I’m bandaged and waking out of here. I will always come here. They’re friendly and nice!
