I got violently sick and was brought in by ambulance. My husband is a truck driver so we are not from the area. All staff that I had contact with were caring and knowledgeable. I was admitted to keep watch on my chronic disease. I received prompt response when calling for nurses and had all needs met. I was very thankful to be cared for by this hospital.
Everyone was very helpful on getting me to the right department and how to get there. Registration at the desk only took 4 minutes and it was hardly even 45 seconds in the waiting room before they called my name. The waiting room only had 1 other person at the time. I described my symptoms to about 4 or 5 of the physicians there and they all came to the same conclusion. Good to know that it's not just one person's opinion. Overall I might have spent about 50 minutes here.
To all the nurses on the second floor, thanks for taking such good care of me while I was there for 6 days! You all have a hard job to do every day! I also thought how grate you all dealt with the gentlemen in the room next to mine , everyone of you had a lot of patience with him! I know Its your job but when you hear about all the elderly that get treated badly these days ! Just wanted to tell you all Thank you!! Carolyn Smith
Had my 17 year old son in the ER yesterday for abdominal pain. Was seen by Dr. Musheinesh, Nurse Connie and another Dr. Who's name I don't recall. My son has always been healthy and he was SO scared. Your staff exceeded expectations. They were kind, gentle, friendly and PERFECT bed side manner. This is the 2nd time we've used your hospital since moving to Monroe county. Both times have been amazing. Please let the people named above know how much we appreciate them and their wonderful attitudes. 10 stars
Here I am 5:30 in the morning at pro medica hospital stranded. I came to this hospital with tightness in my chest and dizziness and breathing issues. They tell me nothing wrong with me but I can barely walk to the front door to get out of here they trying to hand me a bus ticket I have no shoes on Have not a clue where I'm at And to make matters worse it's rainy I'm calling the police to see if they Can take me to miles up the road. Not fully confident that I left there in a condition for walking or anything else for that matter. Still feeling dizzy And disorient and they want to give me a bus Ticket And didn't tell me where the bus stop Was and if so go and stand out in the rain and wait for. That also didn't tell me where was gonna take Me. Next time I'll just take my chances and hope that I don't die but I very well could have on the way back home
