We are in the surgical department and receiving a FIVE STAR service from every Doctor and Nurse. My Mom (89 yrs old) fell and broke her hip...many complications and her care could not be better than what she is receiving right now. The doctors and nurses have been OUTSTANDING! Five 🌟 Stars!
Unbelievable care all night long. A new shift this morning and the same experience! They are exceptional, kind and loving. Repeatly calming her, assuring her as the meds confuse Momma greatly at this moment. How wonderful to be surrounded by such outstanding professionals. 💓❣️❤️ Thank you ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital!

The knee surgery and care they gave my grandmother was excellent. The nurses were very attentive and kind and she really appreciated her time there.

After my husband was falsely and involuntarily taken to the ER because of irrational family members claims, the staff did everything and I really mean EVEYTHING in their power to make the situation right. Talk about a perfect example of being an advocate for their patient! Everyone from the doctors all the way to the patient “sitter” advocated for him. I truly wish I remembered the nurses name, as I sat in the ER all day and most of the night, she made sure both me and him were made as comfortable as possible. All the while, helping her fellow coworkers. I will forever cherish the staff that worked March 19th into the morning hours of March 20th for everything they did. And I hope all of you that were there, see this and just know that you are TRULY a perfect example of an AMAZING health care team. God bless.

This review is on the maternity ward. I gave birth at this hospital just days ago and I had THE best experience!!! ALL the nurses were great, they were nice, friendly , patient and very knowledable of their job! They made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond! Sara, Avery and my PHEMONEMNAL midwife Natasha Welker were all A++ Thank you ladies!!

I understand that there is an opiate problem but with that being said...to treat patients like they are inhuman and to have no empathy is very concerning and scary. When test have been ran and there is clear documented proof that a patient REALLY is in pain...to not address their pain and give medication for relief of pain is absolutely cruel! Not everyone is a drug addict just seeking pills to get high!!!!!!!!!!!! Where has the compassion gone!!????????
