Nurse and Dr were awesome. I forgot me shoe because they put me in a boot and on crutches. Called back same night was told they would hold it that they would give it to the charge nurse so I could pick it up the next day. My husband went to pick it up and somehow it mysteriously disappeared. So there goes a brand new $50 dollar pair of shoes.

My life partner has had 2 surgeries in the past 6 months. Dr. Pinkstaff has been the most informative, knowledgeable and bed side of any doctor. The nurses on floor 3 were awesome! And he is CANCER FREE

All I can say is thank you to all the staff working at this location! From start to finish everyone was so nice and pleasant!!! They helped explain things and really took the time to listen to me and found what was wrong! If I could give them more stars I would!

My husband had spinal fusion surgery in November here. The surgery went great but we encountered a very awkward situation as he was being wheeled through the operating doors. It left me feeling uneasy as I didn’t want him to be focusing on what happened. The transport tech was about to push him through when I said “Oh wait let me have some sugar first.” I just wanted to kiss his forehead because we were both pretty anxious. We were near the set of elevators by the family waiting room and a pair of custodians or maintenance men were standing there. One of the men replied, “Can I have some sugar too?” It was so uncomfortable standing there with my 11 year old daughter and my husband lying on that bed. My husband does look older than me, he has been in combat and is a disabled veteran so maybe he thought the man on the bed was my father or something. It was just creepy and unnecessary. Having worked in a hospital I knew that was inappropriate. I thought of going to admin but in the end I didn’t want the guy to lose his job and I had enough on my plate dealing with my old man and a child. It was an experience.

Horrible experience for my mom! She left crying! The way she was treated was absolutely disgraceful! Not once did a doctor come see her! She was there 3 days for "test". Finally I came and got her, only to have the pharmacist come tell us the diagnosis! Absolute joke and I'd rather die in the street than go to Providence in Waco or Hillsboro!
