I was extremely impressed with the care given my husband from the moment we entered the emergency room until he was admitted to the acute coronary care unit. The doctors, nurses and support staff were outstanding. Staff were willing to go the extra mile. I noted the staff knew their jobs and appeared to like what the do. This was my first experience needing emergent care and a hospital stay for my loved one. Thank you so much. Paula

I would say almost exceptional service. Great surgeon. All the nurses with the exception of one. We're very kind very emphatic I'm very sympathetic.

Yes thank you Holy family nurses and doctors. They have saved my life on more then one occasion, so i owe quite frankly a debt that can not be repaid. I have been going here since i was a little 5 year old. Also they have great food so if you happen to get admitted, witch i have several time, enjoy..Nothing but great service thank you staff at holy family

The staff here do not communicate properly about what is happening with a patient between shifts. I was forced to dress into scrubs for threatening my life. However I had agreed to stay and get help and to be transferred to the proper facilities that could help. I have bad itching problems from my genetic disorder and all the scrubs made me do was itch miserably! They said they would give me itch relief medications but because I came in from overdose they decided to let me suffer and not take anything to relief my itching. The waiting time was horrible to get into the proper facility and all I felt was bombarded with the same questions from each shift that came in. They asked the same questions and acted as if I was going to run away, when I specifically told them I was here to stay so I could get help. They do not listen or respect your pain levels. I kept telling them I was in pain and I never was able to receive medications from any staff! No matter how much I asked they said no. That doesn’t make sense when I would clearly not be able to overdose because it would be something they have to give to me and watch me take. Do not bring your family here if you care about them, the staff here are very rude and disrespectful towards the patients who have been waiting a long time and who are suffering just waiting in their rooms for something to happen...

Prepare to lose your loved one to incompetent staff mistakes. Unmonitored infection? Poor communication resulting in highly preventable multiple organ failure? Nurse saying “oops!” When realizing she prescribed fat too many doses of kidney destroying medication? This place really has it all! Come here for a routine surgery and die. Do yourself a favor and drive to another hospital not in the boonies if you want to live.
