Care was awesome... If you want food while your in here go somewhere else. Food is nasty!

My mom became ill while on vacation from Arizona, everyone from the tech to the nurse to the doctors treated my mom with the utmost respect and courtesy. They were very friendly to us took the time to make sure we knew what was going on in Mom's healthcare. If she were ever to fall ill while in Medford again we would definitely take her to Providence.

Mom was brought into ER early on 2-16-19 from the Avamere facility. She died at 6:44 a.m. The staff was great, HOWEVER, more than a week later, no one has signed the death certificate?! Just left message for the patient advocate "team". This rating will be affected by their response.... Update to be posted

I had the BEST COFFEE EVER!!! ❤ Just a little kiosk but they had great sandwiches and gluten free and sugar free options and lots of alternative milks!! This place is seriously a hidden gem A must try

I had good treatment in the ER in the past. I was referred to cardiology. The male secretary that called me on the phone says he'll do things but doesn't. He said he'd call me back with the address of the place and leave it on my voice mail, I couldn't write it down at the time, he didn't. He said another time he'd relay a message to the Dr. but never did. Dr. Arden alleges I have a severe problem but keeps making wait forever to discuss and approach it. I think she put me on the "death while you wait" plan. I saw here on Channel 5 on Valentine's Day in an interview and found out she specializes in women's medicine, I am a male. Boy, I had better try someplace else.
