Need to give the nurses aptitude tests annually... It's that simple... Some need to retire ... Others need to find another field to get into... If you're lucky you will find one with common sense... That's all... Nothing more...

I had a torn labrum and loved my surgeon and everyone I met there. Everyone was very kind and made me feel less anxious about my surgery. They didn’t make me feel stupid when explaining things either, which was a really nice thing because I’ve been to some doctors who do. All around great care here. I’d highly recommend.

I have been to the ER multiple times. One doctor is amazing. Another doctor has anger issues and provides little medical aid, which are major issues in an ER. I filed a report and will now go to Gritman hospital in Moscow, ID.

Very helpful staff. Nurse Julie was great and the doctor did everything very professionally while still making the visit not like a typical intimidating hospital experience. I often have trouble with doctors belittling the reason for a visit, but the nurses and doctors were clearly there to help my friend and make it as comfortable as possible.

I recently had my daughter at Pullman Regional. I had the most exceptional birthing experience. The nurses were compassionate and went above and beyond to care for me and my daughter.
