Thank you to our veterans for their service. However, it would behoove Congress to allocate a generous pay increase for the fine doctors, nurses, and all others who work for the Veterans Administration. Upgrades are needed. Someone from Washington D.C. needs to try to sleep in these lumpy beds after surgery. If Congress cannot fund the VA, perhaps they can work for free, and our veterans can receive what they deserve. Unlike our federal government, service members and veterans show and showed up for work, giving their time, energy, and sometimes their lives. Remember Congress, we all have Cspan, and know when you're sleeping in, instead of doing the job you were hired to do, and more than generously compensated for.

Great doctors and nurses. Dad’s operation went well. Only issue that didn’t give it a 5 Star is the wasted money on a parking garage which only solves a fraction of the parking issue. 2500 employees, serving ~5000 people a day, and your parking lot is constantly in overflow, I wonder why you chose to only build a parking garage for under 400 cars. It could easily be doubled in size or even have underground parking to expand to 1000. This wouldn’t matter if it didn’t cost tax payers millions to build.

At the Central Reception Unit and the lady helping me is more about sharing her personal life than helping the member get what they need. Kimberly should focus on customer service

A hospital entrance should not spell as I I walking into a port-a-john. With the millions of dollars in upgrades you would expect that the facility would be able to afford air fresher's to combat the horrid spell throughout.

Always bad experience at the VA between parking, bad medical professional, and the lack of actual care. They have no problem issuing a fine for parking in volunteer parking spaces, or the vallet parking that you have to pay for. So if you can't afford the "luxury" of those two your resort is finding a parking space along with everyone else that can't. It's a game of musical chairs. Then the doctors that don't do anything about your well being. Countless times Ive seen appointment's made for Drs that aren't even there. come on VA. Get it together.
