This review is for the ER staff. I arrived at the ER around 3 15 tonight because I was having excruciating pain in my hip, unlike anything I've ever felt before.

Let me first say the triage staff were extremely nice. The nurse was communicative and friendly, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

The problem was after they took me back to the actual ER. I sat in room 24 for 45 minutes waiting for a doctor, nurse... anyone. I was crying so loud that a nurse came in, said she would be back with a box of tissues and we never saw her again. Waiting another 45 minutes, still in pain, ended up getting dressed and leaving. So much for the 1 hour checks they're supposed to do.

Now I know I'm going to be getting a bill for a couple of thousands of dollars for that visit that lead no where, but honestly, this ER needs to focus on their customers, not the personal stories we heard the staff telling each other at the nurses station. No one even came on to assess me. I know my injuries are not life threatening, but the triage waiting room was empty and no ambulances arrived during my stay there.

I had back surgery on February 13, 2019. A spinal laminectomy and fusion. The surgeon was Jeffrey Rihn, Rothman orthopedics. I was up and walking the next morning, and the terrible right leg pain was GONE!!
The physical evaluation was the very next day. Using a walker, I walked from my room to physical therapy. No pain!!! I was able to get into a make shift car unassisted. After I got in they told me I'm not allowed to drive yet, get in the passenger side! I had to laugh. Sure looked like a set up, but it was ok. I was able to get in and out of both sides unassisted. Boy, what a spirit lifting moment that was, despite the post surgical discomfort. I walked up and down stairs without any leg issues.
The nurses were all angels. They were patient, kind, compassionate, pleasant and helpful. I can not say enough kind things about them. All of them. I went home in about three to four days. The first 10 to 15 days were tough. The surgical pain was tough, but the leg felt great, and as of today. 7-8-19, I feel great.

I went to the ER in February. Before being serviced, I asked the staff how much it will cost under my insurance to service me. They were unable to look up this request because there systems were down. The staff told me to wait in the waiting lobby while they tried to figure it out. The staff took me into an ER room to see a doctor and they were still unable to tell me how much I was going to be charged; therefore, I told them I didn’t want to be serviced. After a couple of days later, they still billed me $240 even though I didn’t get serviced. I submitted a claim with my insurance and the hospital about the situation that occurred that night of my visit and this hospital is claiming that I am still responsible for this bill. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not visit this hospital.

I just stayed in ttc unit. It was very dirty. I had a major surgery and they left my towels all over the bathroom which was far from sanitary. Nurses were extremely nice but the one therapist I had was so forceful n shoved my knee down with her hands as she said to me "you'll do as I say"and extremly hurt my leg. Needless to say that didn't end well. The social worker was a completely nasty disrespectful n unprofessional person I experienced in any medical environment. I heard many bad things about this hospital an I should have listened. Next time definitely will not go here. Wish I could post pics how dirty it was.

If I have to go to the hospital my first choice is Riddle Hospital. I visit this hospital recently and the young lady at the intake desk was very rude. I was standing on the other side of the desk because she was on the phone. She said do you need help I said yes I need to be checked in and she said you need to come over here. As she was on a call she was trying to process me at the same time can you say HIPPA! I know my name and she trying to change my when I told her several times she then asked for my ID and said my name. I said yes I gave you my name three times even spelling it she proceeded to tell me that not what I said. I am very displeased with the services she provided. She and another staff member was discussing a matter that was inappropriate in front of 🤒 visitors. I never seen this before at this hospital and hope to never see this again.😡
Update: Wait for almost 3 hours to be seen finally I left could not tolerate the pain sitting up when people are coming in after me back before me so done!
