My 2 month old is in the children's medical center and iv been in this room for 2 days and i noticed ants on the wall and near the sink they are small red ones I told the nurse they said they will get someone to look at it day 3 there are more and I found 3 on her crib and on her bib I complained again so they move me to a new room I didn't see any then I noticed 1 on the wall I killed it then a few hours later there is a line on the wall coming out from the cracks I told the nurse and they said all the rooms are full and no one else has complained so now worrying about my daughter now I have to worry about ants and making sure there not in her bed or near her bottles very angry

Worst hospital ever..
Your love one will die there, nurses take there sweet time answering the nurse bell.
There all eating and laughing while aré very sick. They need to stop hiring lazy nurses.
Asians, and Filipinos, are hard caring people.
Floor supervisors are a real joke, the need a 101 class in people caring skills.
I was visiting my mother, for 3 hours this patient was yelling in pain.i felt sorry for him so I went to the nurses station where the Sup was laughing on a personal phone call.
I told her that patients was in a lot of pain...
I was stunned when she told me
Oh yes , he toes that all day. He will get tired and fall asleep.
OMG I’m lost with words to describe their service.

This was the best hospital ever.. we aren't from here we are from Iowa. My mom came in with food poisoning and kept her overnight she is still there for more test. But all the nurses and doctors where so nice and understanding. They treated us with so much respect.. I would totally recommend this hospital to my friends and family members 100% AWESOME HOSPITAL..
Rio Grande Regional Hospital. THANK U FOR TAKING CARE OFF MY MOM..

Employees rude, unhelpful. Uncaring.
My husband had surgery and they never called me to give me any update on his condition.
Had surgery at about Ipm was still sound asleep at 8pm.
Thats just part of our experience there. He was vomiting due to drug used to put him out at 8:30pm and I had to drive him 25 minutes home throwing up. Won't give any medication to stop the vomiting.

Came in at 12:25am on 12/23/2018 with my child who has chest pain. It is now 12:58am and has not been seen. No one at the front desk except for the security guard that was there for about 10 minute for the duration we were in the waiting room. Worst experience thus far and I have been to this location over 7 times. We had to leave and head to McAllen Medical Hospital to be attended. Two other patients were brougt in before my son.
