Went to the ER on New Years evening. Staff was very friendly and doctor Ellingson was very helpful and attentive. He offered us our options and explained everything well. We're very satisfied!
Absolutely ridiculous. Have been trying to call the hospital over the last 2 days and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Have been on hold over 20 minutes at a time and finally give up and hang up!
I am used to Mayo Clinic.
Dealing with Allina Health my first few times is a monster, both inside my first experience at the hospital and trying to get through to someone at the hospital.
AH has a horrible phone system.
Either no one answers for a very long time or when someone does answer they transfer you to some other department.
Whoever does answer has no clue what’s going on.
I would rate this hospital a zero if I could but I can’t.
Now if their service was free and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, I would still complain because the service is that bad!!
I don’t have all day to explain my frustration, so I’ll leave it at that for now.
Every time I am there I feel like I leave frustrated. The nurses are nice.
One of the worst hospital experiences I've ever had! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the support staff was wonderful. The doctor didn't even do an exam! Next time I need urgent care, I don't care if I'm dying, I'm not going to this hospital.
