never count on this place. my mom had a surgery appointment from those guys and they canceled it. and they recently canceled another appointment even though she needed their help. screw those guys. i wanted to add no stars but it wouldn't let me.

My daughter cut her foot at the beach. The Emergency Room staff was excellent with her! They were quick, but thorough and we were provided excellent care!

LOOKING TO MOVE TO THE AREA. HAVE NOT BEEN HERE, BUT I CAN SEE FROM THE NEWER REVIEWS THAT MANAGEMENT MAY HAVE TAKEN STEPS FOR BETTER CARE IN THAT THEY ARE LOOKING AT AND RESPONDING TO REVIEWS. THIS IN CONTRAST TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL IN THE NEWS THIS WEEK (3/10/19) THAT A PATIENT WAS TOLD OVER A VIDEO CHAT THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY OUT AND ALL WE CAN DO IS MAKE YOU "COMFORTABLE". HOW'S THAT FOR BEDSIDE MANNER.

Although service is ok once you get to the appointment. central scheduling is abysmal. I have been trying to get in since March 28 and still have nothing. The same problems occur each time I have had imaging for the past four years.The people on the Eastern Shore deserve better than this. They lose faces, electronic transmission and keep no records of phone calls. My surgeon in VA beach thought his secretary didn't know what she was doing but I had to assure them that every specialist I have seen encountered the same incompetence . My next steps will include complaining to each and every state and federal funding source .

Nursing staff was wonderful.... All of my nursing staff I had was caring how ever two of them were above my ICU nurse who I believe is named Lee and my floor nurse Jordan . Thank you two for all your help
