What a dump. My family member went in to the ER was there a week. She didn't want to take her dentures out for fear of loosing them. So the nurses finally took them out and lost them. Thanks Riverview. I tried talking to them to locate them. They just gave me the run around. They blamed every other department. I dont recommend at all. Go somewhere else.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Service! The worst ER visit that I’ve ever had. No compassion, empathy or concern for patients. I was in a really bad head on collision and when got there, no one offer me anything for pain or anything to comfort me while I was there. I had to ask for a prescription for pain meds and a note from work. My nurse basically mad me feel as though I was asking for too much. I would rather have some guy in an alley care for me than to go back there. The only bright spot about the visit was the X-ray tech named Erica. She was great! She was compassionate and seemed to care. Everyone else acted as if they didn’t wanna touch me.

The staff is incompetent. I wouldn't encourage anybody to get there healthcare here. Thwait time is ridiculous. Very unorganized. Hospital staff is not diverse. The radiology department is extremely slow. Management lacks experience. Just a horrible experience.

Was just treated for stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting. Was told I was fine and the nurse hit a nerve in my arm giving me a shot. My fingers are still numb. Left feeling worse than when I arrived. No test but urinalysis and labs. History of diverticulitis and new uterine issues.Staff was informed but no simply pressed on stomach. Horrific care. I find it amusing that I was written two scripts for a nothing wrong diagnosis but hey. Thanks alot for making the nausea med a dissolvable that taste hideous genius thinking

While the lab staff is nice, I am just getting my billing for lab services rendered and I am floored by their mark up! I had one of my tests done elsewhere for $50 and they charged around $300 for the same test. It's disgusting how high their mark-up is from other places. I went to Riverview because it's close to home, but won't return because of their astronomical cost! I'm getting charged equivalent to an ER visit, including radiology images, for 10 lab tests. Despicable!!!
