My Uncle who is completely paralyzed went in with a severe infection. He left with sepsis. They never gave him his medicine, my Aunt has to bring it. He had a severe rash from neglected hygiene. He was supposed to have a CPAP and they told my Aunt they would provide one and never got it. The most disturbing however is the fact that they knew he was paralyzed and no one would assist him with eating. After discovering this from several meals he had sitting around my Aunt who is also disabled had to get rides to the hospital just to feed him. This was severely neglectful care. I would give zero stars if I could!

My husband was in and out of Sage West ER several times due to cancer. Dr. Oliverson was the ER doc a couple of times and always did a thorough, careful job. We had a lot of faith in him.
However, there was one time that we went in there to have a catheter put in and every medical assistant looked about 19 years old and the other doc looked fresh out of college. Three people went in to get a catheter inserted and none knew how to do it. The doc decided to poke a hole in his bladder to put the catheter in and still couldn't do it. Catheter installation is considered a nursing skill. We ended up having to go to Casper to get one put in.

Neglectful, incompetent hospital. Had cuts & bruises after less then 72 hours. I have a disability and required assistance out of bed. Nurse Barb grabbed me by the back of the neck to force my body forward every time.
Another midnight nurse removed all monitors (heart, vitals) & oxygen mask even though my serious illness made these critical to my safety. My review is removed repeatedly. During the 3 days, I received no hygiene products, never bathed. After the nurse assistance button was pushed it would take at least 10 minutes for anyone to respond. The bathrooms are not large enough for a wheelchair, I had no choice but to use a commode which I would be left on from 20-30 minutes-resulting in the painful cuts to the back of my thighs.
Even after the dr. cleared me to have meals, no one updated the note so I went without breakfast. Even though I was still critically ill. I told the dr. I was going home that day. I will never back go to that hospital.
Take your loved one to lander or any other hospital.

Not a good place to be Dr.oliverson didn't help my husband still left hospital in great pain An send him home with useless medications. An felt better care could have been used in his situation. Also we Sat in ER for over three hours the nurses also need to be kind to people they were rude to people I observed. Thanks sage west! For being so unprofessional.
