Mother has been admitted 3 times this month and inspite of my emergency contact information and mother's phone was missing I still didn't get a call. If I had not called a ride in from lander I would not have even known she was life flighted 3 hours away. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Nurse on staff was off shift so calling a family only family she has was too much for her to do

My mom had to wait in the er for over two hours before the doctor made any decision. During his diagnosis, all he could do was say thing that made my moms anxiety worsen. No compassion or understanding.

My Uncle who is completely paralyzed went in with a severe infection. He left with sepsis. They never gave him his medicine, my Aunt has to bring it. He had a severe rash from neglected hygiene. He was supposed to have a CPAP and they told my Aunt they would provide one and never got it. The most disturbing however is the fact that they knew he was paralyzed and no one would assist him with eating. After discovering this from several meals he had sitting around my Aunt who is also disabled had to get rides to the hospital just to feed him. This was severely neglectful care. I would give zero stars if I could!
