Saint Francis Hospital South

I took my 3 year old in for a head wound, 2 hours later and not a single person had so much as looked at the wound themselves. My description was all they got. He is autistic and I told them he will not sit and do nothing. I warned them I know in about 10-15 minutes he will melt down and start trying to hit his head on stuff(this is already at the hour and a half point). Never had a single person come see him. I asked for something for him to drink for an hour and nothing. At 2 hours, we left. The absolute worst hospital I have ever been to. If you want to see complete indifference to your loved one, then this is your place.

Went to the er at 11pm. One other person was in the waiting room. Waited 30min for the triage nurse, the waited another 30 to go to a room, and after being told there were 6room opening up, still didn't see a Dr or nurse until 115am it is now 145am and still haven't seen a Dr or done anthing more than ask me what's wrong. Thia hospital sucks. Don't waste your time here go somewhere else.

Everyone we spoke to was very kind, listened to the problem and got it us into room all within 2-3 hours. Much better than Saint Francis In Tulsa where the wait alone could be up to 6+ hours. All in all friendly staff and even greater doctors

I've been to a lot of ERs over the years (fortunately not as a patient as much as a supporter), and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Short wait time, friendly, compassionate staff...what more could you ask for?
