Saint James Hospital

Came in with my mom due to chest pain. First, they registered her under the wrong name. Told me that my dad was in the hospital too... funny thing my father died 7 years ago. Then they told me that she was going to have to wait.WAIT WITH CHEST PAINS...... I’m not a doctor but that’s CRAZY. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they stated that one would come over hours later and finally one came the waiting room outside the nurses station. They told us she would have to WAIT for a room. No one should have to wait for heart tissues. Not acceptable!

If I could give a negative 1000, I would!!! Horrible horrible horrible service!!!! We’ve been here 9 hours and still don’t know anything. Still in the emergency room! And they kept saying the doctor is going to come and talk to you, but how many more hours have to pass??!!!! I would not recommend anyone come to this hospital!!!! EVER!!!!!

I would give it a zero but you can't do that. I would rather die in the streets can ever step foot in this hospital again!

They should have closed this hospital! Even if you live across the street from this hospital, find another hospital. When you come into the ER expect to stay for 12 hours or more, no matter what your Emergency is. And if you make it to the back expect to wait another 12 hours in the hallway! Keep Metro South, close this dump!!!

Worst hospital in America. My dad was suffering from a disease and died in that hospital. I was crying and the nurse said “ohh shut up this won’t be the first death you’ll experience” this place is really bad don’t go here
