I don't live at home. So when my Dad told me my mom was taken here and had been there the last three days, i went to see her. My mom was a vibrant woman who was rendered speechless and thrashing about on a bed. I don't blame the hospital for her condition, but She was thrashing about on a bed with no linens and no restraints. She was constantly hitting her head against the plastic handles of the bed. She looked abandoned there in a grimy room. I took her out immediately to another hospital in the valley. She recovered and is speaking and walking. Again, i don't blame the hospital for her condition, but I can say I would never recommend it as it is now. I truly hope they improve. That community needs a great hospital.

This was once a very dedicated and professional hospital. They have recently sold the hospital. . I feel a week ago. For the 2nd time. And it VERY VERY EVIDENT. there is something else wrong with my.knees.. both are extremely swollen as well as lumps. And on my arm it looks like a bone could be sticking out. My Blood pressure was even high due to the pain. They dismissed me and told me I need to see a orthepic surgeon without even taking a x-ray. I understand that LA has a problem with the homeless camping in hospitals. JUST BECAUSE ONE COMES IN PJS DOESNT MEAN THEIR HOMELESS...ITS 4AM. and even if I was homeless its more then obvious I need to see a Dr. .Holiday weekend no Dr to call.

I had a liver transplant. The doctors took great care of me. They were like family. My family loves them and all the staff.

I have the most excruciating pain in my mouth. I sat in the lobby and watched everyone, literally everyone go ahead of me even the ones that came in after me. I was kindly finally td to come to get examined, the assistants who were getting the info was very nice but was only given an ibuprofen which didnt help at all, especially bc I'd been taking them throughout my work day and it wasnt even working then. I felt completely disregarded and neglected. They weren't helpful at all! And then the receptionist came out and asked for 150 copsy in front of everyone, she acted like I personally owed her money. I've never been treated like that! Not ever! I couldn't tale it anymore, after having spent 4 hours waiting to be treated like that was horrible! This hospital is horrible when it comes to patients! That are 3rd class all the way.

NEVER ! NEVER go here ... My husband was there for heart issues and the floor they put him in was right out of a scary movie.. There was not ONE doctor or nurse on that floor and the room was big enough only to fit the bed … Very, Very small and old and not clean.. SAD.. no one should ever have to stay in these type of CONDITIONS especially when they are sick … PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE TO THIS HOSPITAL

If i could give it a -1 i would ....
