I would say a little bit devilish? This in addition to other troubles I have had in Sioux Falls as an outsider to the area since I have no family in State of South Dakota was not born or raised here and one of my old friends I dont talk to anymore used to say years ago not to move to South Dakota because there is a reason why they have to advertise to get people into their State...Now During a recent emergency room visit wouldnt allow me to look at an ultrasound recently of my baby with weird excuses after initially told me I could watch and a nurse practitioner in emergency room lied about doing tests told me I would have to do the tests they wanted or something before they would do tests from my doctors order. I was sent here by another facility recently for the purpose to do tests from doctors order, but tests were never done though even though thats the reason was supposed to been sent here by another facility. Nurse Practitioner did a rather rough abdominal evaluation pushing into my stomach because she said I had to agree to this before they would perform doctors order tests. Never did complete my lab tests on a doctors order. Than said there was no heartbeat tried to give me abortive medications at 8 weeks. Also Have denied me access to some records in the past. A little bit strange unAmerican with too much access to records by nurses and not enough patient privacy to records patient is not allowed to see. I dont think nurses with only a year or two of college are qualified or mature enough to evaluate or look at all private patient records. Too much visibility of records by people (nurses in doctors offices) not directly involved in treatment to spread allover Sioux Falls. Every other hospital I have been to in the United States, nurses are usually more professional and helpful than have been here. For example they usually go out of their way to make phone calls and help to find a ride at other hospitals or have offered me taxi vouchers in the past if brought in ambulance etc but not here and some other little things that nurses usually do were missing with a strange attitude towards me at this hospital. Have indicated I recently missed a appointment with patient rep where I had given patient rep the same tests were never completed and something else was maybe a little inaccurate after I had checked in at least twice with the patient rep at another appointment before emergency room. Not a very pleasant experience especially this past month. These little kindof things I seem to have problems with...does anybody else?
